Redstone is behind three new apartment buildings going up in Burlington; including two in the Old North End and one on Pearl Street.
With Burlington’s rental vacancy rate at 1 to 2%, Redstone’s projects help to address the city’s housing availability crisis by adding more market-rate rental units. Redstone’s most recent proposal is for a 40,000 sq/ft residential complex at the end of North St. The conceptual design consists of four stories over a two level parking garage.
